View full graphic below article. GRATITUDE is at the top of the Vibrational Energy Scale along with Peace, Love and Appreciation. These are the highest vibrations available to us. When we can maintaining a fairly regular vibration of these energies everything in our reality makes us Happy. We feel good and guess what, good things come to us.
Even if just the smile on a strangers face as we walked past each other. I make it a point to say hello to everyone I pass by that looks up. If there is an energetic exchange, our eyes meet, I say Hello with a smile. It feels good. And I love when someone beats me to it. Even better!
And then after writing the 5 - 10 that I experienced that day I flip the page and write another 5 - 10 that I have not yet experienced. This is how I do a lot of my manifesting. I write FUTURE GRATITUDE & APPRECIATIONS.
I’ll write about something that I am wanting to create. I will write it as if it already happened. AND I will feel it in my whole body, actually live it as I write it. Feel all the emotion of actually living the desire. I live it NOW in my journal. And guess what? Since I am vibrating to the energy of this already existing… it comes!
You get what you give. The energy you put out into the Universe will return back to you!
Everything in this world is vibration, frequency, and the Law of Attraction is always working. It doesn’t take any brakes, it doesn’t only work when you are mindful of it. It’s always there. So, you really need to be aware of the energy that you send out.
When being grateful for even the smallest of things like, Someone brings you a coffee when you hadn’t asked, Someone opens the door for you, Spirit sends you a feather on your path. Little things that people often overlook are a huge contributor to raising your vibration up to the energy level of Gratitude. Highest there is. And you can get there with the smallest of experiences.
Everyday there is always something to be grateful for. How about your Breath? How about how you can raise your vibration just by getting quiet and feeling your breath as it travels through your body? I could go on and on with examples but I know that if you are reading this article you already know.
Work with your Gratitude Journal, actual events and future events, and watch the magic take place.
