Meditation in any form will take you to that place of peace.
Regular meditation is the best medicine there is. And it can be as easy as just following your breath. Sitting in a quiet place undisturbed for even just 5 to 10 minutes. Preferably for a half hour. Closing your eyes and feeling your breath go through your body. Using your imagination, bring your breath down to your toes. See if you can feel it as it travels all through your body. Then imagine as if you are breathing in through your belly button and down to your toes. Or maybe up to your head. Just play with all the ways that you can bring breath through your body.
You can play with bringing your breath past your chest and into your belly. Filling your belly with your breath. Then only take your breath to your lungs. Then take your breath into both your belly and your lungs. Just by being mindful of your breath and playing with how you are bringing it into your body you will find yourself relaxing.
Let the inspiration flow
And that's it! It could be just that simple to start. You can take it further later on after you get into a rhythm . I will be offering a FREE online guided meditation once or twice a month.
