Focused energy will always serve the body, mind, and soul
I am a person that can get a lot done. I can decide to do something and follow through and get good results. I'm also a person that gets a lot of ideas. And many times I decide to take on too many of them. AND I usually don't see that I am taking on too many. So what happens is that Spirit will let me know.
This is what happened this weekend. I got sick! Here I was excited to have a 3 day weekend. I had so many plans on how to catch up on all the things I've been working on, because they were getting a bit out of control. And then BOOM! I get really sick. I couldn't do a thing. Nothing!
As an Energy Worker I know that this was a message for me. My body needed to release and it was taking control. This was orchestrated with Spirit and of course it was for my highest good.
Next thing I know, only a few short hours later, I'm really sick.
What I know about this is that I was releasing lower energies to make room for the good stuff. Pure Love Energy! And after my body was done purging and I was feeling good again in came the next message. "You are taking on too many things. You need to focus on one to three things tops." And so, I took action and pulled away from some of the things that I took on that were putting me into overwhelm. WOW do I feel better!
pay attention to the messages you receive
I ignored that message. It was a much gentler message attempting to tell me the same thing. Your pushing too hard, taking on too much. When I do this I don't hear Spirit as easily because I am in a much more analytical left brain mode rather than my intuitive right brain. It really does take getting quiet, not pushing, just being. This is how you allow Spirit to flow with you. To you, through you, as you.
So, if you find yourself in that same space as I was, take my advice and let go, surrender! Take even only 5 minutes to get quiet, shut out all that outside noise. Connect to your breath and just breathe. Just be totally present listening to your breath, not doing anything else, just being quiet. You will feel so much better. You might want to meditate. Or if you are not familiar with meditation you can connect to nature. Connect with your breath out in nature and just watch the trees, the birds, the sky. Feel the grass. Even hug a tree. It is as simple as that.
