Some people might say that this is easier said than done when you are faced with unwanted things. And that is true in some ways, but really, you have the power to direct your thoughts. You can choose to dwell on what is going wrong and ultimately prolong the experience. You really do get what you focus on especially when there are strong feelings attached. Or you can acknowledge those things that are making life tough, be with them, really acknowledge them, go into the feeling of them, look at them and just allow the feelings that you are sensing. It only takes 90 seconds for your physical body to process an emotion. After that it is your mind that keeps prolonging it. Then send LOVE to them whatever the situation might be. Stay with it in acceptance, allow the emotion to run through your body and then release it. From there you can then move to what it is that you want to create, that you want more of.
What ever you focus on is what you will receive more of, become very conscious of where your thoughts are. This is very important because this is how we create our lives, through thoughts and the feelings attached to those thoughts. The feelings are the vibration! What ever those are for you, what ever it is that has your thoughts consumed is what you will DEFINITELY experience more of.
Just try sending out LOVE to those things that you have running through your mind, really send LOVE to them… and watch how things will begin to change.
